2nd Shift Production Worker (Manufacturing)We are hiring a dependable 2nd Shift Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, assembling and inspecting products, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall plant operations during second shift hours.Responsibilities:Operate machinery and production equipment safelyAssemble, package, and inspect finished productsFollow production schedules and quality guidelinesMaintain a clean and safe work areaCommunicate any issues or equipment concerns to supervisorsRequirements:Ability to work 2nd shift hours consistentlyAbility to lift up to 40lbs as neededStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentReliable attendance and teamwork skillsBenefits:Competitive pay with shift differentialOvertime opportunitiesRoom for advancement
