If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what's possible for a sustainable world.Learn about our benefits designed for you to Thrive at work and at home.We boldly go.Where is the work:On-Site (5 days)What's in it for you:Performs printed circuit board inspection, rework and assembly operations working with a variety of mechanical equipmentWhat you will do:Performs any post assembly, serializing, special component insertion.Perform verification on thru-hole and SMT electronic circuitry.Perform both lead and lead-free solder operationsAbility to identify parts and polarity on printed circuit boardsAbility to pass good quality productsRead and work from manufacturing documentation with a minimum amount of supervision.Maintain clean and orderly work area.Follow safety procedures.Ability to follow written and oral instructions.Ability to meet short- and long-term deadlines.Effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers.Ability to function and thrive in a team environment and independently.Demonstrate ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers.Supports the QMS by delivering quality products and services and meeting quality objectivesWorks to consistently meet and exceed customer requirementsContinuously strives for operational excellence and continuous improvementDemonstrate ability to perform mental tasks such as making decisions, learning, thinking rationally and exercising good judgment.Ability to follow and execute standard workWilling to participate in continuous learning opportunities as part of job and personal developmentWill be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.What you will bring:High School Diploma or General Equivalent Diploma (GED) required.One (1) to (2) years in manufacturing experience is preferred.Two to three years' experience in Quality.Knowledge of soldering tools to include solder removal and part removalCurrent J Standard Certification or equivalent.Current IPC 610 CertificationRework experience requiredBasic commuter skills to include knowledge of Microsoft office productsAbility to work within a team.Knowledge of and willingness to comply with all general work rules, policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and procedures.Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:$27.85Compensation Type:HourlyIncentive Eligible:NoSales Commission Eligible:NoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
