Job description
Church & Dwight Co., Inc. in Mason City, IA is seeking a Resource Operator (2nd Shift) to oversee production, packaging, warehousing and dryer operations. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficient workflow on a 2nd shift from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.
Responsibilities include coordinating with the team, maintaining logs, supporting maintenance tasks and lab analyses, and ensuring feed safety and GMP/HACCP compliance. OSHA training and forklift experience are valued assets.
