2nd Shift Robotic WelderRobotic Welding Operator - Mansfield, OhioFull-Time | Temp-to-HireMonday–Friday 2nd ShiftAbout the Job: We are seeking a Robotic Welding Operator to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating robotic welding equipment, ensuring quality parts, and keeping production running efficiently.What You Will Do:Operate and monitor robotic welding machinesLoad and unload parts from the welding cellInspect finished parts for quality and accuracyPerform basic troubleshooting and report issuesMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all safety procedures and production guidelinesSkills:Strong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic mechanical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to follow directions and production standardsReliable with good time managementWorks well independently and with a teamMaintains safety awareness at all timesWhat You Need:Manufacturing or welding experience preferred (robotic welding is a plus)Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as neededDependable and professional behaviorMust have a clean backgroundPay: Based on experience and work history
