Saw ProcessorShift: 2nd (4p-12am) Pay Rate: $20.75+ Shift DifferentialPosition Summary: Provides the set-up, operation and maintenance of the Python X and plans for the efficient operation of the Python. Ability to fulfill general Warehouse and Processor duties as assigned or needed.Duties and Responsibilities:Measure stock lengthsLoad and unload material from the machinePackage complete jobs for shipmentOperate overhead cranes, forklift, and warehousingLoad and manipulate programs where necessaryMeasure parts with tape, and/or squareRead prints or digital files to ensure part conforms to customer's designInspect and change consumables to ensure optimal cut qualityPerform daily Python preventative maintenance and accurately fill out daily Python inspection logGeneral maintenance and cleaning of Python as assignedPut away all drops dailyMaintain a safe and efficient work area.Maintain organization of consumables and machine specific toolingGood attendance is an essential function of this job.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to work as a team member without close supervision to meet Company and personal goals.Capable of reading a tape measure, calipers, and orders.Good reading, writing and math skills as measured by a pre-employment test.Ability to meet physical demands of position which are required 95% of the work day (i.e. lifting up to 50 lbs independently, pushing, pulling, standing, climbing).Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.25 - $22.25
