Job description
Seat AssemblerCardinal Staffing Services is hiring Seat Assemblers in Warren, MI. As a Seat Assembler for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of production operations including but not limited to:Complete assembly of automotive seating unitsDevelop proficiency in all production functions and rotations in various workstationsUse of hand-held pneumatic tools and assembly fixturesAbility to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedlyThis position will require candidates to be able to work as part of a team to ensure on time quality products. You will also need to have near to perfect attendance within your first 90 days on the job. Requirements:Seating Assembly ExperienceRecent and solid workAble to have a flexible schedule, Just In Time FacilityComply with company policies and proceduresCardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of $17-$18 per hour. 1st, 2nd, 3rd shiftCardinal Staffing also follows all applicable state and local laws regarding sick time, paid time off, and retirement savings programs.
