Shipping Associate – 2nd ShiftWe're seeking an experienced Shipping Associate for a well-established manufacturing company. This isn't an entry-level warehouse position — we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, learn quickly, and become a valuable part of the team.If you have a strong work history, forklift experience, and a solid understanding of shipping operations, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a company that values reliability, accuracy, and long-term employees.Schedule & Pay: $21.00–$22.00/hour | 2nd Shift: 3:00PM–11:30PM | Full-Time | Shift differential availableKey Responsibilities:Pick, stage, and load outbound freight orders accurately for domestic and international shipmentsOperate forklift, turret truck, or cherry picker to move palletized product throughout the facilityVerify outbound shipments against shipping documents, packing lists, and BOLs for accuracyProcess and print shipping labels, manifests, and freight documentation using internal softwareCoordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are staged and ready for carrier pickupMaintain an organized shipping dock — proper pallet staging, labeling, and load sequencingIdentify and communicate discrepancies in orders, quantities, or documentation before shipment leaves the dockRequirements:Proven outbound shipping experience — you should walk in knowing the processForklift experience required; turret truck or cherry picker experience a strong plusBasic computer skills required; SAP experience a plusAbility to read and process BOLs, packing lists, and shipping manifestsStrong, stable work history with solid tenureWhy This Role Might Be a Fit: This is a role for someone who takes ownership of the dock and doesn't need to be managed through every shipment.
