Job Opportunity at Astemo Indiana, Inc.The purpose of this position is to support production manufacturing through root cause analysis and implementation of machine repair countermeasures and recovery. This role will be focused on the new IPM Department on 2nd Shift. The Machine Technical Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machinery to meet production goals and quality standards. This role aims to improve manufacturing proficiency levels to meet plant goals and objectives.
