Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience operating heavy equipment in an industrial or recycling environment
* Strong understanding of safe heavy equipment operation
* General labor experience with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
* Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
Responsibilities
* Operate heavy equipment to support quarry production and site maintenance
* Safely load, move, and transport aggregate materials
* Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections of heavy equipment
* Assist with general quarry labor activities
* Monitor equipment operation and identify maintenance issues
