We're hiring a Welder to join our Lake City team building high-quality material handling products used nationwide.One of the top Industrial Cabinet makers in the world!Schedule: 3:30 PM – 2 AM (OT as needed)Requirements:1+ year MIG welding experience (TIG a plus)Metalworking knowledge & quality focusAbility to lift up to 50 lbsWhy You'll Love Working at Valley Craft:4-day workweek — Fridays as needed onlyNo evenings or weekends (great work-life balance)Competitive pay + $1,000 sign-on bonusClean, safety-focused shop environmentFriendly, collaborative team cultureReal opportunities for advancementOne of the top Industrial Cabinet makers in the world!What You'll Do:Fabricate daily production and custom ordersMIG and/or TIG welding to quality standardsSet up and operate welding equipment and machineryPosition materials using jigs, fixtures, and measuring toolsMaintain productivity targets (3 cabinets per hour)Follow work instructions and safety proceduresSupport light machine maintenance as neededWhat We're Looking For:1+ year of MIG welding experience (TIG a plus)Knowledge of metalworking equipment and processesAbility to read basic blueprints (training provided)Strong attention to quality and safetyWillingness to work occasional overtime as neededAbility to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checkValley Craft Ind.
