Pay, Home Time & More:
* * Start at 50 - 62 CPM* + an additional 1 - 4 CPM in safety/service bonus
* $75 per day for breakdown/layover pay after 24 hours
* Home weekends
* Veteran appreciation pay that won't cost you your benefits
* 100% no-touch freight
* Earn up to $4,000 in progressive sign-on bonus*:
* $750 after 30 days
* $500 after 90 days
* $750 after 180 days
* $1,000 after 270 days
* $1,000 after 365 days
* Orientation Pay: $150 per day

Route Details:
Our South Central Regional positions offer great pay with lots of drop & hook freight. You spend more time on the road earning and less time waiting at the shippers. It is our goal for every driver residing within 50 miles of Memphis, Houston, or Dallas to get at least a 34-hour weekly restart. Drivers residing in all other areas are out for 12 days, home 3 days. Our drivers can earn some of the highest take-home pay in the business. And to help keep your pay more consistent, we'll pay the portion of miles you've run right up to the payroll cut-off time. Our company drivers earn base rate increases based on tenure AND every 50,000 miles with no cap!

Bonuses & Incentives:
* * 1 - 4 CPM quarterly safety bonus
* Drivers enter the program the month they hire
* No preventable accidents
* No violations or citations in the Unsafe Driving CSA category
* No chargeable service failures
* Paid 4 times/year by the 3rd Friday in the month following quarter end
* $1,000 experienced driver referral bonus
* $100 trainee & refresher referral bonus
* 2 CPM trainee tuition reimbursement
* $100 - $200 clean DOT inspection bonus
* $75 Hazmat bonus
* $75 Upper Northeast Bonus - Northern NJ, RI, CT, ME, VT, NH, MA. Not forced
* $20 for each additional stop (excludes first pick up and last delivery)
* $15 per hour ($3.75/15 mins) after 2 hours for detention at a customer (must be on time, send proper macros, and have in/out times listed on BOL)

Requirements:
* * Valid Class-A CDL
* Must be at least 21 years old
* 3 months of first-seat experience
