Job description
General Manager (GM) – 3 Pepper Burrito
Grow with us. Lead with purpose. Build your future.
At 3 Pepper Burrito, we’re not just hiring a General Manager—we’re developing future partners and leaders for a brand on the rise. If you’re ready to run your own restaurant, build a strong team, and grow into something bigger, this is your opportunity.
Why This Role Stands Out
Real Growth Path – This isn’t a “dead-end GM role.” It’s your entry point to multi-unit leadership, ownership opportunities, or a future role on our corporate team.
Work-Life Balance – We believe great leaders shouldn’t burn out. Expect a 40–45 hour work week, not 60+.
Direct Access to Ownership – Work side-by-side with owners who actively invest in your development.
Competitive Compensation – Base salary + bonuses + daily tip share + benefits.
A Team That Stays – Our high retention speaks for itself—people grow here because they’re valued.
What You’ll Do
Leading daily operations and driving performance
Building, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
Delivering an exceptional guest experience every time
Managing inventory, food & labor costs, and profitability

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of restaurant management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
High energy, accountability, and a hands‑on mindset
21+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Food Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Who You Are
You’re not just managing shifts—you’re building something. You take pride in developing people, running a tight operation, and delivering great food and service. You’re ready for more than a job—you want a career with upside.
About 3 Pepper Burrito
We’re a fast-growing brand with big plans—and we’re looking for the right leaders to grow with us. If you want to be part of something early, make an impact, and create real opportunity for yourself, you’ll fit right in.
