Loan Forgiveness and Sign-On Bonus Available
Enjoy a quaint town with character and beauty, only 90 minutes to the shores of Lake Erie. This employer is offering $340,000 base with $300,000 loan forgiveness and $50K sign-on. Join a busy practice with two OBGYNs, two midwives, and two NP's. Currently about 340 births per year. Clinic is located next to community hospital near the OH/IN border.
Practice details include:
Hospital Employee, Traditional
Assigned Call with 1:3 Call Ratio
$325-350K Annual Salary
HPSA area Loan Forgiveness available up to 100% repayment
Signing Bonus available up to $50,000
Relocation Bonus available
CME up to 1 week and $5,000 available
Up to 4 weeks of PTO available
