This is a thriving, patient-focused pediatric practice seeking a motivated Associate Pediatric Dentist to join a supportive, high-performing team. The practice is co-owned and led by two Dentist's who are committed to mentorship, professional development, and long-term success.

Schedule: Full-time (flexible scheduling options available)
Procedures: Comprehensive pediatric dentistry, including GA cases
Patient Population: Pediatric-focused, family-oriented practice
Technology: Digital & panoramic imaging
Payor Mix: Established and stable
Compensation & Benefits
Earning Potential: $300,000 $400,000+ annually
Daily Guarantee: Competitive guarantee during ramp-up
Compensation:
Production-based with strong upside
Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: Up to $25,000
CE Allowance: Ongoing continuing education opportunities

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality pediatric dental care in a compassionate setting
Perform restorative, preventive, and GA-supported procedures
Educate families on oral health and preventive care
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for efficient patient flow
Qualifications
DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
Pediatric Dentistry Specialty Certificate
Active Kentucky dental license (or in process)
Ability to maintain required malpractice coverage
Open to all experience levels
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, not required
