Section LeaderDMT: TCC Line 2Shift: 2nd ShiftPosition Description:Ability to motivate and lead a team to meet safety, quality and efficiency requirements.Must be willing to work any shift in any department and on weekends.Must be able to speak in front of a group and hold pre-shift meetings.Basic Requirements:Must always have and maintain a Valid Forklift LicenseWillingness and ability to motivate a teamGood communication and organization skillsAnalytical and PC skills (must be able to function on a PC)High level of teamworkForklift certifiedAble to lift up to 40 lbs. frequentlyAble to work overtime as needed and weekendsAS400 and GPCS PreferredMust be able to Multi-Task and Work at a Fast PaceMust have a good attendance record and be willing to promote good attendanceMust promote and enforce all policies which include safetyMust lead by example with complete fairness and ethicsMust be able to read, write, and perform mathematicsAll Section Leaders must not have received or retain more than one (1) active Level 1 Counseling/Progressive Discipline within a "rolling" 12-month period.Application Procedure:If you are interested in being considered for this position, complete an Application for Position Posting and submit to Dayforce by Friday, July 31, 2026, at 11:59pmIn order to be considered for the position the associate must be eligible the day the posting comes down from the three (5) day posting which is Friday, July 31, 2026, at 11:59pmThe potential candidate must follow the chain of progression to apply: Production Associate ? ManagerThe potential candidate must be a full-time associate with a minimum of 3 months of service (Associate cannot be in their New Hire Probationary Period).The potential candidate must not have received any formal written occurrences, other than attendance during the past 12 months.The potential candidate must not have less than 3.5 points during the time of posting and/or cannot reach 1.5 points while in the position.
