Description
The Subway Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, employee supervision, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, cleanliness, and compliance with Subway and company standards. Candidate is a dependable, hands-on leader who can motivate a team, maintain high service standards, and keep the restaurant running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities *Includes, but not limited to*
Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis
Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, and paperwork
Uphold food safety standards during preparation and serving of food
Prepares food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner
Ability to train, coach, and hold employees accountable
Is required to be Serve Safe Certified
Completes SUBWAY courses as directed and in full compliance with Subway
Recruits, rewards and terminates staff as necessary
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently, if necessary
Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect

Requirements
Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or college degree
Skills & Abilities Basic math, cash-handling, and computer skills
Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer-service experience
Must be able to lift 50 pounds comfortably
Reliable transportation
Schedule Flexibility
Strong customer service and communication skills
