Job description
Construction ManagerCoordinate and direct construction crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and equipment operators.Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, procedures, and applicable codes and standards.Enforce company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and promote a zero-incident culture.Participate in daily toolbox talks, safety meetings, and job hazard analyses (JHAs).Verify that all work complies with regulatory requirements, permits, and environmental commitments.Maintain daily construction reports, progress updates, and documentation.Identify and resolve field issues that may impact schedule, cost, or quality.Interface with engineering, project management, landowners, utility representatives, and regulatory agencies as required.
