About 3DE by Junior Achievement
n3DE by Junior Achievement is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming high school education. 3DE was designed and implemented in partnership with school districts to make high school more relevant, experiential, and connected to the real world through project-based learning, case methodology, and competency development. nRole Overview: 3DE Case Experience
nThe 3DE Case Experience position focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of case-based instruction through comprehensive planning, tailored teaching methods, and fostering strong teacher-student relationships. Responsibilities include developing and delivering case launch experiences, collaborating with Launch Teachers to structure classrooms, and providing consistent support for student outcomes. The role also involves motivating Launch Teachers, supporting their development, and monitoring classroom effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
nCore Responsibilities
nnCase Planning & Class Effectiveness
nnReview cases to understand the industry partner, vision, and case scenario
nImplement diverse teaching methods for student engagement and comprehension
nDesign high-quality, customized case launch experiences and resource packages suited to each classroom
nTeach case launch lessons, demonstrate instructional strategies, foster debates, and promote student choice
n nTeacher Support & Student Outcomes
nnAssist in preparing classrooms, developing deliverables, and adjusting plans based on student success
nLead planning meetings, encourage teacher certifications, and support innovation and mastery of case-based instruction
nMaintain productive relationships with Launch Teachers, track student success, and utilize feedback for continuous improvement
n n nDesired Experience
nnEducation
nnBachelor's degree required, Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
n nInstructional Experience
nnMinimum of 5 years of middle or high school classroom teaching experience
nStrong understanding of Case-Method or Project-Based Learning instructional practices
nProficient in instructional support or differentiation practices
n nRelationship Building
nnProven track record of successful relationship building and management with a variety of key stakeholders
n nProficient in the Use of Technology & Written/Verbal Communication
nnStrong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills with experience adapting style based on the needs and perspectives of audiences
nProficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, E-learning technologies, etc.

nLocation: Lake Region High School - Tenoroc High School - Polk County Public Schools
nEmployment Type: Full-Time; School-Based
nSalary Range: $75,000 - $80,000; commensurate with experience
nReports To: Associate Vice President - Launch Development
