Apply today and a recruiter will follow up with next steps.Minimum RequirementsAssociate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.Active State PTA license in AZ required to start the position.BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience in outpatient clinic environment preferred.Position DetailsTeam-focused outpatient PT owned clinicGenerous compensation with great benefits.
