Your Role as a CNA
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll be the heartbeat of our care team, providing daily support and companionship to our residents:
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and eating
Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output
Report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Create a warm, respectful, and dignified environment for each resident
Be a consistent and positive presence in the lives of those you care for
What You Need
Valid CNA license in Pennsylvania A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude Ability to adapt to different personalities and needs with compassion and maturity
