Direct Support Professional (DSP)/CaregiverSt. Coletta, a leader in providing residential, vocational, and educational services to adults with developmental disabilities, has an excellent employment opportunity for 3rd Shift Direct Support Professional/Caregiver in our Jefferson, WI group homes! From Special Olympics to our community orchard and garden, or our mini golf course, St. Coletta Prom, and so much more!Responsibilities:As a 3rd Shift DSP/Caregiver in one of our Jefferson programs, you will assist clients in the areas of daily living skills, provide personal cares, and prepare for the following day by packing lunches and housework as needed. In this role, you may be required to perform other duties such as transporting clients locally (Jefferson/Fort Atkinson and surrounding area), completing and maintaining accurate reports, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.Don't have any DSP, Caregiver, or CBRF-related experience? Ability to interpret and follow through on instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft OfficeCertificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the standards set forth by the organization and valid vehicle insurance. Ability to complete and maintain all required training in accordance with organizational, County, State, and Federal regulations.Driving Requirements: This position requires that an employee is able to drive for work purposes and must maintain a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the standards set forth by the organization.
