Job description
MBI LLC is seeking a Desktop Engineer for the 3rd shift to provide level 1 and 2 on-site support for desktop and laptop hardware/software issues. You will troubleshoot computer problems, work with users by phone, email, and remote access, and resolve connectivity and network issues in a large office environment.
The role requires experience with Windows Active Directory, Office 365, and ITIL concepts, and offers a fully onsite schedule (5 days, Tue-Sat 12am-8am).
