We are seeking a Die-cutter Operator for 3rd shift. You will contribute to the success of the company by helping produce quality flexographic label products, working with a team-player mentality, and taking pride in your work.ID Technology has moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, and we are growing our team. We are looking for a Die-cutter Operator to join us on third shift.In this role, you will play a key part in producing high-quality flexographic label products. You will work alongside a supportive team and take pride in delivering results that make an impact. If you enjoy hands-on work, value teamwork, and take ownership of quality, this is a great opportunity to build your skills and grow with us.Are You Intrigued About This Work?Set up and operate finishing die cutter equipmentPerform rewind and inspection of products as they come off pressInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specificationsPackage finished products according to established guidelines and specificationsAssist with setup and operation of finishing equipment as neededMonitor daily production and shipping schedules and communicate progress or issues to the Production ManagerBuild knowledge of processes, tools, and equipment used in day-to-day operationsMaintain a professional, team-oriented attitude and take pride in quality workFollow all safety procedures to support a clean and safe work environmentSchedule3rd Shift: Friday through Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AMIf This Sounds Like You, We Want To Connect!Strong attention to detail with a focus on qualityExperience working in a manufacturing environment or a willingness to learnComfortable operating or learning to operate small machinerySelf-motivated and able to work independentlyAbility to work efficiently while maintaining accuracyStrong communication skills with a team-oriented mindsetWhat's in it for you?There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
