Job description
Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a Problem Resolution Specialist for Memphis, TN. You will ensure proper processing, routing, and storage of patient specimens, while identifying when corrective actions are necessary and implementing effective solutions in a controlled laboratory setting.
The role requires high school graduation, training or experience in specimen collection or processing, and strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
