3rd Shift Manufacturing SupervisorManufacturing Supervisor – 3rd Shift Location: Pittsfield, MA Shift: 3rd Shift – 10:45 PM–7:30 PM Monday–Friday, (occasional extended hours may be required) Pay Range: $62,000 – $72,000 FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE!We are seeking an experienced and motivated 3rd Shift Plastic Injection Molding Supervisor to lead our Production team. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations while supporting employee development, process improvement, and overall operational excellence.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with manufacturing experience who can effectively manage production activities, coach team members, solve problems, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise production employees to achieve daily production goals, quality standards, and safety objectives.Plan, assign, and monitor work activities to maximize productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.Promote effective communication and collaboration across shifts and departments.Partner with Quality, Processing, Material Handling, Shipping, Maintenance, Engineering, and other teams to resolve production issues and improve workflow.Train, mentor, and develop employees to improve performance, engagement, and technical skills.Monitor production schedules, equipment downtime, scrap rates, and operational performance, implementing corrective actions when needed.Support continuous improvement initiatives and communicate process improvements to management and engineering teams.Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide regular coaching and feedback.Review employee attendance, timekeeping, and payroll-related information for accuracy.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, work instructions, and quality requirements.Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, shift documentation, and operational recordsQualifications1+ year of lead or supervisor experience in manufacturing environmentMachine operation experience
