Ready to make an impact in a place where you matter?Position Summary:Demonstrates proficiency and regularly performs assembly duties for large, small, and long test balls, municipal balls, tubes and inserts, rubber cutters, PET Foam, wall drains, PVC drains, kitting, drain kit packaging, or other specialty products.Position Responsibilities:Prepare and/or Assemble components according to SOP's by reading, understanding and following procedures.Follow daily schedule for assembly.Prepare and assemble components and materials as needed for daily schedule build.Order raw materials where appropriate.Set up equipment and tools for daily build.Stage Product and label where appropriate.Document completed and incomplete product.Other duties as assigned.Knowledge and Experience:Basic math, reading and writing skills.Good oral and written communication skills.Ability to operate machinery.Ability to read blueprints or ability and willingness to learn.Accuracy in measuring.Decision-making skills.One (1) to two (2) years in a manufacturing environment preferred.Education and Certification:High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Compensation Range for the Position:$15.71 - $20.03 - $24.35 USDOffer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.Oatey Total RewardsGenerous paid time off programs and paid company holidays to support flexibility and work-life balanceAnnual Discretionary Cash Profit SharingImmediate eligibility and vesting in 401(k), including 100% company match, up to 5% of eligible compensationMarket leading health insurance including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance offerings for associates and qualified dependentsSignificant company contribution to Health Savings Account with a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)Short-Term and Long-Term Disability income protection coverage at no cost to associatesPaid Maternity and Paid Parental LeaveTuition reimbursementA strong set of complementary resources to support associate well-being, including resource groups, EAP, and dedicated mental health support.Equal Opportunity EmployerThe Oatey family of companies are an equal opportunity employer committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
