3rd Shift PackerOur manufacturing/industrial company in the Macungie, PA area is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as 3rd Shift Packers. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality products and maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment.Job Summary: As a 3rd Shift Packer, you will play a crucial role in our production process by carefully assembling, packaging, and preparing our products for shipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.Key Responsibilities:Assemble and package products according to established proceduresInspect finished goods to maintain quality standardsPrepare packaged products for shipping, including labeling and palletizingMaintain a clean and organized work areaAdhere to all safety protocols and regulationsQualifications:Previous experience in a general labor or production environment is preferredExcellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detailAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsStrong communication skills and the ability to follow instructionsCommitment to teamwork and a positive attitudeWorking Conditions: This is a 3rd shift position, with hours typically from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The work environment is fast-paced and physical, requiring frequent standing, bending, and lifting. Protective equipment, such as gloves and safety glasses, will be provided.Compensation and Benefits: The target pay rate for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
