Press OperatorMasterson Staffing is recruiting Press Operators for a valued client in Delano, MN. This is a temp to hire position on third shift.Job Duties:Operate Injection Molding machine in a safe manner, following all safety guidelines.Inspect parts for damages/defects, trim excess material, proper packaging of product into boxes per SOP.Palletizing completed boxes of parts.Any other job duties as assigned.Job Requirements:Prior experience in manufacturing preferred but not required, willing to train the right person.Being able to stand for entire 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 pounds.Need to be able to read/write and communicate in English.Hours/Compensation:1st Shift Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 3p.m. $17/Hr2nd Shift Monday - Friday 3p.m. to 11 p.m. $18/Hr3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am $20.00/hourBenefits:401KMedicalVacation PayHoliday PayTo apply visit or stop by our office at 1206 Cedar Street, Suite 300 Monticello, MN 55362 or call a professional recruiter for more details at .
