We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in manufacturing and a strong track record of leading teams to success. What You'll Do
As our Production Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind daily operations on the plant floor. You'll coordinate teams, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that production goals are met with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule production activities to meet daily targets
Ensure product quality and quantity meet company standards
Manage inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and equipment
Collaborate with engineering, logistics, HR, and maintenance teams
Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff
Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively
Maintain accurate production reports and records
Requirements
What You Bring

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field-or equivalent experience
Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing
Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant production software
Experience supervising in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
