Headquartered in Conneaut, Ohio, we operate production facilities in Ohio, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Nebraska—allowing us to deliver consistent, top-tier products to customers across the United States.We are a fast-growing manufacturing organization known for being supportive, bold, and driven by operational excellence.Position OverviewThe Production Supervisor at our Kings Mountain facility serves in a highly visible leadership role responsible for departmental safety, productivity, and overall performance. This position works closely with the Plant Manager and production associates to ensure production goals are achieved and operations meet or exceed established standards.The Supervisor is accountable for maintaining a safe, compliant work environment and enforcing all corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.SkillsManufacturing supervision — proven supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing settingPhysical capability — ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 poundsLeadership skills — strong interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving abilitiesPerformance development — demonstrated ability to guide and provide constructive feedback to production workersOperational recordkeeping — knowledge of safety, quality, and production documentation practicesSchedule flexibility — ability to work extended hours as neededQualificationsMinimum of three (3) years supervisory experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh school diploma or GED preferredCompensation & BenefitsLukjan Metal Products offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision coverage after 90 days401(k) with employer contribution after one yearEmployer-paid life insurance and short-term disabilityOptional buy-up plans for long-term disability, life insurance, and other ancillary benefitsHourly Rate: $27.00 – $30.00
