The Visual Pak is looking for innovative and dedicated achievers who are encouraged to keep a healthy work/life balance to join our teamPosition Title: Production SupervisorReporting into Title: Operations ManagerPosition Purpose/Summary: The Production Supervisor manages work processes and associates within the Department on designated shifts.Direct Reports: Up to 120Position Responsibilities-Tasks-Deliverables: An individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty listed below. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Spanish as a 2nd language preferred.Strong motivating and team building skills (mentoring and coaching)Physical CapabilitiesStrength: Must be able to regularly lift 55 lbs.Movement: Must be able to stand / walk for an entire eight hour shift.
