Complete all necessary documentation.Load materials, adjust settings, calibrate equipment, and palletize materials according to job.Monitors the production process, inspects and tests materials and equipment using safe and proper protocols, to ensure products meet quality standards and production quotas are met.Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and assist with routine maintenance. Keep area clean and organized.Train and assist team members and other departments as needed.Qualifications, Education and ExperienceHighschool Diploma or GED required.2-4 years in related field – preferred.Some manufacturing experience required.Key CompetenciesEthical Conduct • Problem Solving/AnalysisTechnical Capacity • Communication ProficiencyWork EnvironmentWork primarily in a climate controlled indoor environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Safety shoes and vision protection required, hearing protection required in some areas.This role operates primarily in a manufacturing environment. Employee may be exposed to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, moderate noise levels, and hot/humid manufacturing environment.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This role routinely works around moving equipment. Employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to type, hold, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
