3rd Shift Sanitation SupervisorBlackRock Resources is seeking a 3rd Shift Sanitation Supervisor to join a leading food manufacturing operation in the Philadelphia area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with food manufacturing and sanitation experience who is passionate about food safety, team development, and operational excellence.What You'll DoLead, train, and supervise sanitation team members on 3rd shiftEnsure the facility meets all sanitation, food safety, and regulatory requirementsExecute sanitation schedules and maintain compliance with SSOPsManage and update the Master Sanitation SchedulePromote a culture of safety, quality, and accountabilityPartner with Production, Quality, and Operations teams to support plant objectivesTrain and develop both new and experienced employeesMonitor sanitation effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with FDA, USDA, GMP, and food safety standardsEnforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and other safety protocolsWhat We're Looking For2–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environmentExperience in food manufacturing and food safety programsWorking knowledge of FDA, USDA, and food plant operationsExperience with sanitation processes and pest control programs in a food manufacturing environmentStrong leadership, communication, and team-building skillsAbility to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Ability to work in a manufacturing environment requiring PPE and exposure to noiseComfortable working at heights and performing physically demanding tasks when neededWhy Consider This Opportunity?Join a stable and growing food manufacturing organizationLead a critical function that directly impacts food safety and product qualityOpportunity to make an immediate impact while developing your leadership careerWork alongside a team committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement
