Stabilon Machine OperatorNesco Resource is hiring a dependable and hardworking Stabilon Machine Operator for a textile manufacturing facility in Laurens, SC. This position is ideal for someone with machine operation or manufacturing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.Job ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor Stabilon textile machinery to ensure efficient production.Load and unload fabric and materials onto production equipment.Set up machines and make adjustments according to production requirements.Monitor fabric quality and inspect finished products for defects.Identify and report machine malfunctions or production issues.Maintain proper fabric alignment and monitor machine performance.Assist with changing rolls and transporting finished materials.Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.Keep machinery and surrounding work areas clean and organized.Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.Meet daily production and quality goals.Job RequirementsPrevious textile manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift throughout the shift.Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.What We OfferStarting pay of $15.53 per hourWeekly payApply Today!
