You will work on the 2nd Shift (Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM) in an onsite manufacturing environment and collaborate with the production team to meet daily outputs and quality standards.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts and components per instructions and proceduresReview shop traveler/route cards or simple schematic drawings to confirm correct sequence of operationsPosition very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixturesAdjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base partsBond or seal parts/assemblies with epoxies using heaters or ovens and perform in-process testingFollow and demonstrate all required safety policies and proceduresMaintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; work variable schedules or additional hours as necessaryHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleEffective communication skills and ability to read English and understand process instructions6 months – 2 years of relevant experienceSecondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience preferredVocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related fieldGood mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity to work with small partsAbility to operate a variety of hand tools and light machineryCapability to perform basic mathematics and read/interpret company documents, safety rules, and proceduresHere's What Else Might Help You OutAbility to read and understand drawings/blueprintsExperience with hand toolsPay Range$17.60 - $22.00/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
