You will impact production outcomes by executing precise assembly tasks and supporting the manufacturing team onsite (first shift, M–Th, 5:00am–3:30pm). You will work with production supervisors and quality personnel to maintain throughput and reliability.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts or components following defined instructions and proceduresReview shop traveler/route cards or simple schematics to confirm correct sequence of operationsPosition very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures and solder fine wires to resistors and base partsBond or seal parts with epoxies and use direct heating elements or ovens as requiredConduct in-process testing and demonstrate adherence to safety policies and proceduresMaintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; work nights/weekends or additional hours as necessaryHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleSecondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience preferredVocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field6 months to 2 years of relevant experienceEffective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsGood mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small partsAbility to operate a variety of hand tools and light machineryCapable of performing basic mathematics and reading/interpreting safety rules and manufacturing instructionsAbility to identify issues and address them; willingness and capacity to learn new tasksHere's What Else Might Help You OutAdaptability and demonstrated willingness to learn new processes or skillsPay Range$16.00 - $20.00/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
