You will work closely with production leads and quality teams to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures. This is an onsite role on 2nd Shift (Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm–2:00am).Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts or components per instructions and proceduresReview shop traveler/route cards or simple schematics to confirm correct sequence of operationsPosition very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixturesAdjust, bend, align and solder fine wires to resistors and base partsBond or seal parts or assemblies with epoxies using heating elements or ovens and perform in-process testingDemonstrate and follow all safety policies and proceduresMaintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; work nights, weekends, variable schedules or additional hours as necessaryComplete other assigned tasks to meet production needsHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleEffective communication skills and ability to read English and understand processes6 months – 2 years of relevant experienceSecondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experienceVocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related fieldGood mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small partsAbility to operate a variety of hand tools and light machineryBasic math skills and ability to read/interpret company documents, safety rules, and operating/manufacturing instructionsAbility to problem-solve using existing proceduresHere's What Else Might Help You OutAbility to read and understand drawings/blueprintsPrior experience with hand toolsPay Range$17.60 - $22.00/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
