Job description
Production Assembler IYou will perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly that ensures components meet quality and safety standards. You will work closely with production leads and quality teams to meet shift targets on a 2nd shift, onsite schedule (Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, 4/10). Your contributions keep production flow steady and support downstream manufacturing operations.Here's how you'll make an impact on the team:Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts and components following written instructions and proceduresReview shop traveler/route cards or simple schematics to confirm correct operation sequencePosition and manipulate very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixturesAdjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base partsBond or seal assemblies with epoxies using heaters or ovens and perform in-process testingFollow all safety policies and maintain consistent, punctual attendance; be available for nights, weekends, or additional hours as necessaryHere's what you'll need to be successful in this role:1–2 years of relevant assembly experienceSecondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience preferredVocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related fieldGood mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small partsAbility to operate hand tools and light machineryBasic math skills and ability to read safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, and proceduresEffective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsHere's what else might help you out:Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new processes or tasksPay range: $17.60 - $22.00/hourReady to make your mark?
