You'll work primarily onsite on 2nd shift with a M–Th 3:30PM–2:00AM schedule, collaborating with technicians and supervisors to maintain safe, efficient operations. Your work ensures components are assembled and tested to specification, supporting downstream manufacturing and delivery.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts or components per work instructions and proceduresReview shop traveler/route cards or simple schematics to confirm correct sequence of operationsPosition very small parts using tweezers or fixtures under a binocular microscope and perform fine soldering and wire alignmentBond or seal parts with epoxies and use direct heating elements or ovens as requiredConduct in-process testing and follow safety policies and proceduresMaintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; work nights, weekends, variable schedules, or additional hours as neededHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role1–2 years of relevant assembly or related experienceEffective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to identify issues and take corrective actionCapacity and willingness to learn new tasks and processesHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or apprenticeship experience a plusGood mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity for small parts, and ability to operate hand tools and light machineryAbility to read and interpret safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and proceduresBasic math skills and ability to problem-solve using existing proceduresHere's What Else Might Help You OutAdaptability and demonstrated willingness to learn new thingsPay Range$13.13 - $16.42/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
