You will work primarily onsite on a 2nd shift schedule (M-Th | 3:30pm – 2:00am) and collaborate with the production team and supervisors to meet throughput and compliance expectations. Your work directly affects product build accuracy and on-time delivery.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform routine assembly of small parts and components following defined instructions and proceduresReview shop traveler/route cards or simple schematics to confirm sequence of operationsPosition tiny parts under a binocular microscope and use tweezers or fixtures for precise placementAdjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base partsBond or seal assemblies with epoxies and operate heating elements or ovens as requiredConduct in-process testing and demonstrate adherence to safety policies and proceduresMaintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; adapt to variable schedules including nights/weekends or additional hours as necessaryHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role1–2 years of relevant mechanical or assembly experienceAbility to read and understand English, process instructions, and interpret drawings/blueprintsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred (secondary certificate) or equivalent combination of education and experienceVocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related fieldGood mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small partsAbility to operate hand tools and light machineryBasic math skills and problem-solving using established proceduresEffective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsHere's What Else Might Help You OutMachine operating experienceExperience using hand tools in a production environmentExperience maintaining a safe, clean work environmentPay Range$22.00 ($20/base + 10% shift diff)Ready to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
