You will work onsite on the 1st shift in an M–Th, 5:00am–3:30pm schedule, collaborating with manufacturing teammates and following established process specifications to keep product moving through assigned cells.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations per company instructions and proceduresConduct inspections of your own and others' work against drawings and quality requirementsApply process specifications, record production time and quantity data, and maintain production documentationOperate hand tools and light machinery (e.g., sand blaster, electro-etching, press) and perform simple welding, brazing, or soldering tasks as requiredMaintain work area according to company guidelines and participate in required eventsDemonstrate and follow all safety policies and proceduresMaintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; be available for variable schedules, nights, weekends, and additional hours as necessaryHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role2+ years of relevant mechanical/electromechanical assembly experienceAbility to perform mechanical assembly and wire harness assemblyAbility to read and understand prints/drawings and interpret company documents, safety rules, and manufacturing instructionsGood manual dexterity for working with small parts and ability to operate a variety of hand tools and machineryVocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent practical experienceCapability to recognize and resolve typical problems in your work area using established optionsHere's What Else Might Help You OutExperience working in a team settingWillingness and ability to work overtime as neededPay Range$22.68/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
