45 minutes for Rochester, NY - Partnership Opportunity General Dentist
Opportunity consists of :
Strong $1.06M production practice with loyal patients who retain 70% of second-opinion cases.
Major growth opportunity : Bring endo & implant placement in-house (currently referred out 1+/week).
Clear partnership/ownership track - doctor-friendly model with sweat equity and buy-in options.
Strong comp: $1k/day guarantee first 6 months + 30/35% collections . $350k $420k+ Year 1 , ramping to $500k+ as partner .
Excellent work-life balance : Mon Wed 8:30 5, Thu short day (often out early).
No weekends or on-call.
Support Staff : family team culture with tenures ( years) who genuinely support each other.
patients /day across multiple opts
Modern tech foundation (Trios scanner, panoramic, Dental Intel) in a charming historic building.
Primarily fee-for-service practice
