Job description
100Hires, Inc. is seeking a experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the 4th shift at our Fenton, MO facility. You will supervise maintenance activities, enforce safety policies, and coordinate with engineering and operations to ensure uninterrupted production.
The role requires strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills, plus 8+ years in industrial maintenance. You will manage work orders, maintain records, and mentor staff.
