Psychiatrist | Up to $500k | Inpatient Psychiatry | Monday–Friday | Dayton, OH
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our growing team and provide high-quality psychiatric care in an inpatient setting in Dayton, Ohio .
Setting: Inpatient Psychiatry
Location: Dayton, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: Up to $500,000/year
Employment Type: W-2
What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
Provide ongoing psychiatric care and medication management.
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, social workers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in treatment planning and support continuity of patient care.

Requirements
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist.
Active Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
Ability to work a Monday–Friday inpatient schedule .
Strong clinical and communication skills.
