Job DescriptionJoin a hospital-employed anesthesia team in New York’s Southern Adirondack region. \ N
ClinicalPractice \ N
- Broad case mix including orthopedics, urology, vascular, general surgery, plastics, robotics, OB/GYN, GI, interventional radiology, and healthy pediatrics.\ N
- No intracranial or cardiac cases. \ N
- CRNA medical direction model with a maximum supervision ratio of 1:4.\ N
- Epic EMR and academic affiliation.\ N
Schedule \ N
- Forty-eight-hour weekly commitment.\ N
- Most weeks: one 24-hour shift plus two 12-hour daytime shifts.\ N
- When fully staffed: four weekday 12-hour shifts.\ N
- The 24-hour shift can fall on a weekday or weekend;
typically no more than one weekend shift every two weeks.\ N
- Independent overnight coverage required;
schedules depend on staffing needs.\ N
Comp & Benefits \ N
- $550,000 base salary, based on experience.\ N
- $30,000 sign-onbonus payable at employment commencement.\ N
- Eight weeks PTO plus one week CME.\ N
- $5,000 annual CME allowance.\ N
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000 , with three quotes required.\ N
- Loan forgiveness of$20,000 annually for up to five years.\ N
- Health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement, and malpractice with tail coverage.\ N
- Reimbursement for New York licensure, DEA, and medical staff dues.\ N
