Ear Piercing: Conduct piercings, educate customers on sterile aftercare, and maintain a safe environment.
Store Operations: Manage inventory, process cash transactions via the POS system, and handle visual merchandising.
Team Support: Motivate team members, assist with staff training, and maintain store standards during shifts. (1)
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales responsibilities.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand during shifts, climb step stools, and lift or maneuver 25-75 lbs.
Skills: Strong basic math, communication, multitasking abilities, and comfort working independently during single-coverage shifts.
Age Requirement: Must be of legal age to perform ear piercings
