Job description
Lead CustodianAs a Lead Custodian, you will help ensure facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for employees, visitors, and guests. Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting floors, surfaces, and restrooms. Restock restroom and facility supplies, including paper products, soap, and sanitizing materials. Monitor facility conditions and report safety hazards or maintenance concerns promptly. Support team members and maintain professional interactions with staff, visitors, and clients. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and safety procedures. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 25-35 pounds. Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PMPay Rate: $19.00 per hourSafety FirstAt Verde Clean, safety is our top priority.
