Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $27-$50/hour DOE + Production Bonus
Pay Type: Hybrid | Hourly + Production Incentives

About Pine Island Auto Inc
Pine Island Auto Inc is seeking an A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician who wants more than a place to turn wrenches.
The shop works on a diverse vehicle mix, including approximately 40% Domestic vehicles , along with European, Asian, specialty, and other vehicles.
The facility features 3 bays and professional diagnostic technology, including Snap-on, Launch, Autel, and factory-specific laptops and software .
This is an opportunity for an experienced technician who can diagnose, inspect, and repair vehicles while continuing to develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
Perform general automotive maintenance and repair
Complete thorough multi-point vehicle inspections
Identify safety concerns and needed maintenance
Complete digital vehicle inspections
Work efficiently with Service Advisors and the repair team
Document findings clearly and accurately
Use modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle concerns accurately
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience preferred
A-Level or strong B-Level technician capabilities
Strong general repair skills
Diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
Ability to perform thorough multi-point inspections and identify vehicle needs
Comfortable working on multiple makes and models
ASE certifications, state inspection/emissions licensing, DVI experience, factory or dealership training, European vehicle experience, and Tekmetric experience are beneficial
