Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm; call every 4th week, Mon 8 am - Mon 8 am
6 - 12 vascular access procedures per day
30 outpatient visits per day plus hospital rounding
Hospital census of 15 - 25 patients when on call
Outpatient surgery center setting
Call is mostly phone-managed - light call burden
Interventional nephrologist - 70/30 interventional vs. general split
Fistulagrams, angioplasty, and catheter placement required
