Approx. 5 patients per shift — inpatient cardiology call coverage
Call averages 3 phone consults, 1 patient seen, 1 admission per 24hrs
STEMI coverage required
Invasive cardiology required — diagnostic and interventional
Skills required: cardiac cath, angioplasty, stent placement, atherectomy
PA catheter and IABP placement required
Preferred: TEE and heart biopsy experience
